Thread City Development, a Willimantic non-profit organization whose vision is to revitalize downtown as a center for arts, culture, entertainment, recreation and retail traffic and a destination to live, work, play and invest, is proud to announce the Website Reveal of the all-new WillimanticDowntown.org.
The Website Reveal will take place at the Capitol Theatre, 896 Main Street in Willimantic at 5:30 on Monday, November 19. The public is invited to enjoy refreshments and music while seeing the website for the first time on the full size theater screen. Over 180 local businesses will be listed as well as information for visitors including places to See, Eat, Shop and Stay. Tourist itineraries will make day-tripping easy for visitors and a local calendar listing will keep everyone alerted as to upcoming events.
